OUR CHURCH BUILDING

A church is not so much a building as a community of people. But don’t be fooled. Church buildings are significant. They are not simply functional spaces in which to gather. They are soul-space; expressions of heartfelt spirituality carved in stone and wood, built in brick and mortar.

 

Beautiful sacred spaces touch us at levels deeper than words, drawing out a response of openness towards the divine, inviting us to see our lives as a part of something higher, deeper, and wider, taking us out of ourselves.
